Integrity Insurance Service is run by Nelson Gonzalez, his wife Diana Estrada and their son Mario, from a small office on East 31st Street in Houston. When you call, you reach one of the three of us.

Founder
Hello, and thank you for your interest in our company. I'm Nelson, and I founded this agency alongside my wife, Diana. I have worked in insurance for over 15 years. I enjoy helping people through decisions that really matter, and seeing my clients benefit from the products I represent. In my free time I go on long walks with our dog, Pecas, and watch The First 48 on TV.
Co-founder
Much like being a mom, my role here is always changing. I work behind the scenes so that Nelson and Mario can give you the best service they can. I love gardening and birdwatching. If you ever come to our office, you can see my garden and the birds that come to visit.
Agent
Working with both of my parents is rewarding, because I know my hard work helps not only me but my whole family. I am always learning more about this industry, and I'm excited to meet and help the community around me. I see myself as a guide through a complicated process. Outside of work, my biggest interest is food: eating it, of course, but also the history, the people and the technique behind it.
We work from the green house at 1408 E 31st St, near the North Loop and I-45. Stop by during office hours, and if you do, you will see Diana's garden on the way in.
Not everyone can get to an office. That is why we have a mobile enrollment vehicle: the bus with our number on the back. Call and ask whether it can come to you.
